​ I judged myself for years by the industry standards of neuro-normative behaviour outputs. But those standards never really worked for me. They may not work for you, either.

 

I can teach you how to re-introduce safety into your body, fall in love with movement, read threat cues and learn predator behaviour. I want you to know that safety is a right and restoring your nervous system is available.

 Diane's approach to healing from the inside out, is rooted from lived experience. She has healed 2 autoimmune disorders using her patented PEMS Hygiene model. She is the first woman in the world to hold the title of Koguoku Menkyo Kaiden Shihan in KoKoDo JuJutsu. Diane is certified in Ashtanga Yoga, Pre&Post Natal Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Therapy and is a certified BodyMind Coach. Healing and self defence are 2 sides of the same coin. Violence is a reality, not your responsibility. People will trespass all over you with or without ill intent. Diane teaches you how to override the negativity bias, nervous system 101, how to practice boundaries and why it is crucial to stop self abandoning. 

With over 27 years of experience, she will help you move your somatic sludge, hydrate your fascia and strengthen wonky joints. She knows all too well, how gross the yoga industry and is committed to showing you that true yoga therapy is a retreat into deeper, healing aspects of yourself.There are no "Simon Says" robotics taught here, sing song voices telling you to square your hips or unrealistic self defense drills. Through her books, educational content, and classes, she aims to create a supportive community where girls and boys, men and women can thrive.
